Our Story
In March 2022, we packed up our young family and left suburban Bellville for a healthier, self-sufficient lifestyle in Tesselaarsdal - a tiny village in the Overberg.
What started as a dream of escaping the rat race became a journey of discovery, community, and finding home in the most unexpected place.
From near-disasters with chickens to midnight fires, from failed gardens to unexpected friendships, this is our story of learning to farm, failing forward, and finding our tribe.
